Hello
With over 20 years’ experience in the field of psychology, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting people through change and challenge. My work has always focused on understanding human behaviour and helping individuals create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I offer a calm, compassionate space for you to explore whatever feels difficult right now. Whether that’s navigating a period of uncertainty, coping with stress or anxiety, or working through painful experiences from the past.

I have experience supporting people who have lived through a wide range of challenges, including trauma, loss, relationship difficulties, and experiences of abuse, including sexual abuse. My approach is trauma-informed, gentle, and collaborative. Helping you to feel safe, understood, and empowered as you make sense of your experiences and move toward healing and growth.

I do this work because I know how powerful it can be to have the right support at the right time. Having experienced my own challenges and benefitted from compassionate help in the past, I understand how much difference it can make to feel truly heard and supported. That experience shaped my belief that therapy should meet each person where they are. I work in a way that feels collaborative and flexible, adapting my approach to best suit you and your needs.

I adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards in my work, ensuring that all sessions are conducted with integrity, respect, and confidentiality. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches and guided by the ethical frameworks of the professional organisations I belong to. I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and the National Hypnotherapy Society, which means I am committed to ongoing professional development and to maintaining the quality and safety of the therapeutic relationship.
